Zones is a macOS menu bar app for snapping windows into saved layouts with a simple Shift-drag gesture.
Accessibility access is required so Zones can inspect, move, and resize other app windows when you trigger snapping.
Zones is free for 7 days from first launch. The menu and Settings show "Free Trial" with the days left, then "Trial Ended". After that, Shift-drag snapping stops until you enter a license key in Settings. Settings and the layout editor stay available.
A $9.99 one-time license covers up to 3 Macs and includes at least one year of updates, with no subscription or account. Purchases can be refunded within 14 days through Polar or by emailing support@givdul.com. After checkout, get your license key at polar.sh/hansen-software/portal by signing in with the email you bought with. The same portal shows and removes activations.
Zones checks your license with Polar only when you activate it, when you remove it from a Mac, and once at launch to confirm it is still valid. Your layouts and window activity are never sent.
